At GOI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale pieces, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
